Parenting and Child Support Package

Package includes:

Six hours of mediation to:
- Create a developmentally appropriate parenting plan that includes custody, time sharing, and future decision making
- Establish communication guidelines for co-parenting
- Review household budget and develop short and long-term financial plans
- Determine child support and spousal support (if applicable)
- Explore resources for supporting your children through the transition.
Out-of-session review of financial documents and calculation of court mandated child support guidelines.
Written draft of agreements reached in mediation.

Cost: $1,280

Discounted rate of $160/hour for additional time.

Package includes:

Four hours of mediation to:
- Negotiate housing transitions
- Divide property
- Determine expectation for future contact and communication.
Written draft of agreement reached in mediation.

Cost: $800

Discounted rate of $160/hour for additional time.
